The French Market of Ireland, 15 French & Continental stalls, will settle for two days in Marshes Shopping Centre, Friday 18th & Saturday 19th December, from 10:00am - 6:00pm.

In its first year, the French Market of Ireland is steadily progressing into the must-visit event, since its launch last July. The Market has recently participated in the JKF Dunbrody Festival, in New Ross, Co. Wexford and will visit Marshes this weekend!

The French Market stallholders propose a variety of quality food, drink and craft. The tempting delights will include an excellent selection of olives, breads and pastries (patisseries). You will be moved from the heart-warming smell of bread through to Italian roastedbean coffee. Other delicious products include German Bratwurst and those famous Brittany pancakes: savoury Galettes made with gluten free Buckwheat flour; and for the sweeter tooth, Crêpes with a variety of gorgeous toppings such as Chocolate, Grand Marnier and so on….

Also on display are craft from France and around the World: Provence table clothes, African Crafts, Indian leather, lovely costume jewellery and much more. Come along and enjoy the convivial atmosphere. You could practice your French too… with no excuse!
