The SCEPTRE Awards judging team have announced the shortlist for the 2009 UK and Ireland Shopping Centre Magazine Awards. Over 60 organisations have made it to the final in 12 categories including none other than our own Harry Traynor, Marshes Shopping Centre Manager.
Harry was short listed in the Manager of the Year at a Medium Size Shopping Centre category and will challenge nominees including John O'Shea, Centre Manager, Freeport Braintree, Robert Hallworth, Centre Manager, Lowry Outlet Mall, Mike Jerome, Centre Manager, Palace Exchange, Lorenzo O'Reilly, Centre Manager, Rochdale Exchange and Andy Talbot, Centre Manager, West Orchards.
The other categories include Customer Services Team of the Year, Development Team of the Year, Environmental Management Award of the Year, Short Term Merchant of the Year and Young Achiever of the Year.
The winners will be announced on June 24th at The Dorchester, Park Lane, London; a glittering evening hosted by Fergus Slattery, former Irish & British Lion rugby star.
